Chemistry Week 5 of 6 Begins

Well, I got up and had a chance to exercise. There are some stretches and new types of activities that I'm trying to implement to see how these will work in strengthening my back and legs so that I can hopefully report to my physician that these are working as well as, if not better than, the injections and various other medications the specialists are so keen to order in treating the disc problems. I've been lazy, besides, so I think that some of these healthy choices will be great to give me an added boost of energy and bring me back around into the physical form I was in at one time. I just wanna feel better.... and look great naked. Isn't that the ultimate goal for anyone?

The plants have all been thoroughly hydrated and I'm hoping that the transplantation of my chocolate mint and the extra water and proteins I've been feeding it will help to bring the cutting back to the luster it featured when I first received it from Keith.

I hear our census is low at work. It might be cool to be called off so I can get a little farther ahead with school and to prepare a bit more for this Chemistry exam tomorrow night. I'm now off to a review, and I'm hoping that what I hear there will cement everything that I've learned about ionic, covalent, polarcovalent, polyatomic, and other bonds will be there.
